If you are looking for Attendance Allowance in Scotland, this is the benefit that has taken its place. mygov.scot's wording is that Pension Age Disability Payment is replacing Attendance Allowance in Scotland, and that you cannot receive both at the same time. It supports people who have reached State Pension age and need help or supervision because of a disability or long-term condition. There is no mobility component (unlike ADP), and it is not means-tested.

Attendance Allowance still runs in England and Wales, at the same two rates (£76.70 lower, £114.60 higher). The difference is not the money, it is who administers it and what you apply for: in Scotland a new claim is a PADP claim to Social Security Scotland, not an Attendance Allowance claim to DWP.
